Number One
The Aided interface is meant to be used on a laptop or a computer monitor. Due to the complexity of outputs and editing choices, we chose not to create a mobile interface.

Number Two
You are signed up to the unlimited plan. If an output does not look right to you, then hit the redo button to put the AI back to work or try some different input options on the app.

Number Three
Every once in a while, there will be a period of high usage or a short outage with one of the major LLMs that we use (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude). If that happens, your request will be placed in the queue and automatically processed later in the day. It will show up on the home page as being in the queue.
